After more than 30 years of experience working in the hotel industry in the Canary Islands, Spain and various other European countries, Philippe Jonckheere founded GranAnimadores with the aim to facilitate life-changing internships for students abroad.

GranAnimadores went on to become MAXinternship and is now MAXexperience.

MAXexperience ensures that every internship is a unique experience. Our strength is our ability to provide internships in any area within the hospitality & tourism industry, thanks to our established network of partner hotels (primarily internationally renowened chains and 4/5 star resorts).

Our Team

Our international team consists of motivated industry experts who have a combined exprience of decades with interns all over the world. They are located both in The Netherlands and in the Canary Islands.
